- Several years of relevant experience in a supply chain role such as Supply Chain Coordinator, Planner, or similar, preferably with supplier-facing responsibility.

- Hands-on experience with forecasting and demand planning with suppliers, including volume alignment and prioritization.

- Experience managing ongoing supplier follow-up related to capacity, lead times, cost awareness, and delivery performance.

- Experience coordinating or managing supply chain-related projects, such as new product introductions, product changes, or supplier transitions.

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support commercial and operational decisions.

- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or planning systems is a strong advantage.

- Structured and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, drive projects forward, and make informed trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own supplier relationships, forecasting, and performance: Act as the primary supply chain contact for selected suppliers, owning forecasting, delivery performance, lead time alignment, and ongoing operational follow-up.

- Own selected suppliers and sub-categories: Take end-to-end responsibility for supply chain performance across assigned suppliers or sub-categories within the Seating category, including identifying risks and driving corrective actions.

- Lead selected NPI projects: Drive supply chain-related activities for selected new product introduction projects, ensuring supplier readiness, capacity alignment, and timely execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on launches, campaigns, and demand-driving activities.

- Support commercial decision-making: Provide data-driven input on supplier capabilities, risks, and scenarios to support category and sourcing decisions.

- Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement improvements to forecasting accuracy, supplier collaboration, and category ways of working.

- Ensure structured execution: Maintain clear documentation, follow-ups, and communication to ensure reliable execution in a highly autonomous environment.

Personal Attributes:

- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in an autonomous work environment with few management layers.

- Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of responsibility for outcomes and deadlines.

- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to shared goals and timelines.
