Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions for sales and delivery (the “T&C”) apply to the purchase of goods at www.gubi.com (the “Website”) owned and administered by GUBI A/S, CVR no. 17940384, Orientkaj 18-20, 2150 Nordhavn, Denmark (“GUBI”, “we” or “us”).
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at GUBI’s discretion. When ordering goods at the Website you agree to comply with and be bound by the T&C.

CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
When placing your order on our Website, our system will automatically forward an order confirmation to your email. Once you have received the order confirmation, a binding agreement has been made. When we dispatch the goods from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us, with further information on the expected time and date of delivery.
You are responsible for submitting valid customer information when placing your order.
PAYMENT
All prices on the Website are incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices on the Website with immediate effect. The price (currency) that applies to your purchase will be the currency shown on the Website at the time your order is accepted. Prices will be shown in GBP.
At the Website we accept the following means of payment:

No credit card fees are charged by us. The purchase amount is reserved on your chosen payment method upon placement of your order. The amount will be withdrawn from your account upon dispatch of the goods. In case of partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the delivery itself is withdrawn. Your invoice will be sent by e-mail when the order has been shipped.
In case of orders on made-to-order goods, non-stocked goods or goods in back order, we withdraw the amount upon placement of your order.
DELIVERY
GUBI offers free delivery of goods to the United Kingdom.
The Website does not offer delivery of goods to islands within the United Kingdom. For deliveries within the EU please use our country selector on our Website and for the United States (mainland), please use our web shop at www.gubi.com/en/us.
Goods are shipped with DSV, GLS or NTG depending on the ordered goods.
Goods on stock will be shipped as soon as possible and the estimated shipment date will appear on the order confirmation. Delivery within a requested time is not possible and we are not liable for any loss because of delayed delivery. Orders will be delivered to the curb on the most appropriate location as close to your intended destination as possible, however, you will be responsible for carrying the goods inside.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order, provided that you exercise this right no later than 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, received physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several items, in one (1) order, and if the items are not delivered simultaneously, your cancellation right is effective from receipt of the last item. If the cancellation period expires on a weekend, a public holiday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation. If you have ordered made-to-order goods, you are not entitled to cancel the order. How to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, you are to notify us by sending an email to GUBI’s customer service team at webshop@GUBI.com. We will then issue a return number, which should be clearly marked on the return parcel.
When notifying us, please make it clear, that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation and specify whether you wish to return your order in whole or in part.
Return of the goods. Upon your due cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), GUBI will arrange for the return of the goods, however, you are to cooperate in respect of the pick-up of the goods. The goods must be returned, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to return the goods.
GUBI reserves the right to deduct the return costs upon reimbursement of the purchase price.
Refund. If you regret your order (in whole or in part), we reimburse the purchase price to you without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we were notified of your decision to cancel the order (in whole or in part), however, always provided that we have (i) received the goods, or (ii) received documentation from you evidencing that the goods have been returned to us.
Any refund is made by the same mean of payment that was used when placing the order.
Packaging and condition of the goods upon return. If you return any goods to us, you must return the goods in the original packaging. You are entitled to open to check or test the goods, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, it is considered an impairment, which may result in GUBI deducting an amount corresponding to the impairment upon reimbursement of the purchase price.
As regards the goods, you are required to return the goods in the same condition as received. You are liable for a reduction of the value if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary in order to check the functionalities and / or features of the goods.
You are to ensure that the goods are securely wrapped when returning the goods. The goods are at your risk until received by GUBI.
CLAIM
Within 2 years from receipt of the goods, you may claim that the goods supplied by us are defective. If the goods are defective, you are entitled to get the goods either repaired or exchanged. If repair or exchange cannot be done within a reasonable time, you are entitled to get a refund or under special circumstances claim a proportionate reduction of the price.
We are not liable for any defects occurring because of your incorrect use of the goods nor can we be held liable for any loss occurred due to repairment or replacement of the defective goods.
How to make a claim. If you want to make a claim, please send an email to webshop@gubi.com and if possible, include picture(s) of the defective goods. We recommend, that you complain to us as soon as possible, after you have discovered the defect and preferably within 7 days.
If your claim is approved by us, GUBI will arrange for the return of goods free of charge. When returning the defective goods, make sure the goods are properly packaged. INCORRECT PRICING, ETC.
Our Website may contain incorrect prices, typographical or other errors and inaccuracies in connection with the goods sold.
Even though we have made a great effort to indicate colors and quality as accurate as possible, your computer's color setting and screen resolution may differ from ours. Accordingly, GUBI makes no representations and assumes no responsibility as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any content describing our goods. GOVERNING LAW
The T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.
