All available care & maintenance guides, assembly instructions, and technical drawings are accessible from our Digital Showroom.
Does GUBI provide certifications and compliance documentation?
Gubi provides certifications and compliance documentation on product level based upon request. For more information, please get in touch with order@gubi.com.
For lighting products, you can find declarations of conformity and energy labels in our Digital Showroom.
What is the lead time for upholstered items?
Depending on the configuration of the product, the lead time for upholstered items varies from 2 weeks to 8 weeks of production time.
Which fabrics/leathers can I order for Gubi products?
Gubi collaborates with several fabric and leather manufacturers. You can explore the wide range of materials on gubi.com/upholstery.
Please be aware that not all materials might be suitable for all products. You can check the fabric suitability on the fabric’s description gubi.com/upholstery and also here.
Does Gubi offer special fabric treatments, e.g. fire treatment?
You can check the compliance of our fabrics with C&M, Crib5, and Cal117 on the fabric’s description gubi.com/upholstery, as well as on the fabric section of our pricelists.
It may be possible to request fire treatments. Please be aware that some materials will not be able to be treated. Additional charges and lead time may apply. For more information, get in touch with order@gubi.com.
Gubi does not offer other fabric treatments.
I already have a Gubi product at home, can you re-upholster it?
It is unfortunately not possible for Gubi to reupholster your existing product.
Does Gubi offer felt glides?
For most of our seating products it is possible to order felt glides. Please specify the wish for felt glides when you place the order for the chair, otherwise we will confirm your order with standard/plastic glides.
It is also possible to order felt glides separately.
I would like to see some material finish samples.
Digital material samples are available in our Digital Showroom.

How do I place an order?
If you are ordering from Gubi A/S, please request access to our Partner Portal from your Sales contact.
We also take your orders via email: order@gubi.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders via phone.
Why did I get a quotation instead of an order confirmation?
When you specifically ask for an offer, we will send you a quotation to be reviewed. Once we have confirmed your quotation, we will not be able to make any changes to the order.
In the event of overdue invoices blocking the account, we will send a quotation notifying we cannot proceed until the account is cleared. For any questions regarding your account statement, you can reach out to our Finance Department at debtor@gubi.com.
Is my order on track?
In the unfortunate event that your order will be delayed, we do our best to inform you in time. You will receive an alteration notification via email with the updated estimated ship date.
When can I expect my order? What is the regular shipping time?
You can expect to receive your product(s) no later than 10 business days after the estimated shipment date on your order confirmation. Please be aware that we might have to split your order and use different carriers to deliver your order. Therefore, you might not receive the entire order at the same day.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive the delivery note and related invoice via email. In the delivery documentation, you will find the shipment details and carrier information to track your order.
Can I have my order shipped express?
Gubi does not offer express shipping as a standard. For one-time express shipping possibilities and rates, please get in touch at order@gubi.com.
I have not received my order.
We are very sorry for any delays. If you have not received your order within 10 business days after the estimated shipping date, please get in touch with order@gubi.com.
I need the dimensions of the product packaging, where can I find it?
Gubi provides data sheets for all products in our virtual Gubi showroom, where you can find all relevant data about product and packaging dimensions, weight, material, color codes etc.
Where can I find the customs tariff number?
The tariff number for each item can be found on the order confirmation and invoice.

How long is the product warranty and what does it cover?
Gubi provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in standard products (materials and designs), valid for two years from the date of dispatch. The warranty does not extend to ordinary wear and tear, wear of or damage to upholstery and surfaces (including surface finish) nor damage caused by wrongful and/or insufficient maintenance. For the purpose of this provision, standard products shall mean the products specified and directly priced in the price list published by Gubi.
