The table extends by up to one metre through a smooth integrated mechanism, creating room for additional seating while maintaining its elegant proportions. Crafted entirely from solid and veneered oak or walnut, every detail reflects a focus on durability, craftsmanship, and natural materials.
Originally designed in 1953, the S-Table forms part of a cohesive furniture collection alongside the B-Table and C-Chair. The design reflects the era’s focus on practical living combined with understated aesthetics, where simplicity of form and honest materials were central principles. Its balanced proportions and thoughtful construction continue to give the table a timeless character that remains relevant across generations.
