About the position

Are you passionate about design, data, and driving commercial results? We are looking for a structured, proactive, and self-driven Student Assistant to join the EMEA sales team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting GUBI’s growth in key European markets through hands-on involvement in product launches, commercial campaigns, sales reporting and analysis, event planning and execution, and business planning. The position is part-time (15 - 20 hours per week) and offers flexibility, a dynamic workplace culture, and a strong international team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

•    Work closely together with the Key Account Manager to support key partners and drive daily sales operations
•    Assist in planning and executing product launches and commercial campaigns across European markets
•    Collect and organize sales data for monthly reporting and strategic planning
•    Maintain and update product, pricing, and partner information across key systems 
•    Help create sales tools and presentations that support impactful partner engagement
•    Coordinate product samples and follow-ups in collaboration with internal teams
•    Contribute to global event planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations
•    Support B2B communication efforts, including partner outreach and content updates
•    Help maintain accuracy in Salesforce and other internal platforms.
•    Take ownership of various ad hoc tasks and contribute to cross-functional projects

qualifications

•    Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field - ideally with at least two years left of studies
•    Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced, international environment
•    A hands-on executor with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset
•    Service-minded with a collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
•    Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to tasks
•    Comfortable working with data - experience in Excel or similar tools is a plus
•    Confident using tools like PowerPoint for planning and presentations
•    Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems (e.g. Salesforce, ERP platforms)
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

•    English: Professional proficiency required (written and verbal)
•    Additional language skills are a plus
