Designed in 1964 by architect and designer Tito Agnoli for the Italian masters of rattan craft, Bonacina 1889, the P3 Lounge Chair combine sculptural elegance, playful expression, and ergonomic comfort. Formed from handwoven rattan strips fixed to a tubular steel frame, the P3 represent the highest level of rattan craft, beautifully showcasing the material’s natural warmth and texture.

Over the course of his collaboration with Bonacina, Agnoli developed a rich and varied portfolio, taking full advantage of the brand’s status as the leading center of rattan craft in Italy. From chairs and loungers to stools and tables, his rattan pieces combine comfort and pragmatism while showcasing the full gamut of craft techniques: bending, binding, weaving, and more.
