SALES COORDINATOR, NORTH AMERICA, (TEMPORARY POSITION)

About the position:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator for North America to temporarily join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, business partners, and sales consultants across North, Central, and South America. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service while ensuring seamless coordination and support of orders, inquiries, launches, and campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to key partners by working closely with sales agents in the North American market.
- Oversee day-to-day order processing and communication, including:
- Registering quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing) and external partners (warehouses, logistics) to ensure timely deliveries.
- Managing internal and external communications, addressing inquiries about product details, lead times, and orders.
- Ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate partner account records, including payment monitoring.
- Keeping customers and the sales team updated with timely and relevant information.
- Troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day challenges effectively.
- Support the Customer Service team by handling order entry, responding to general inquiries, and assisting other markets as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service, order management, and logistics, ideally in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in managing key partner relationships.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and ticketing platforms, with strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and delivery performance standards.
- Preferred: Experience and interest in the furniture and/or lighting industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive and energetic approach to tasks and challenges, thriving in fast-paced settings.
