The new tables bring the collection’s distinctive architectural expression to restaurants, hotels, and workplaces, enabling dining, meeting, and collaborative environments. Defined by the interplay between the sculptural slatted base and the solid or veneer oak tabletop, the design retains its recognizable silhouette while adapting to increased height. A refined internal construction and weighted base ensure stability and durability in high-use settings, while a range of sizes and finishes supports flexible use across diverse spatial applications.
Danish Craftsmanship Meets Sculptural Design
Space Copenhagen is the designer behind the classic Moon Coffee Table, a series of organic rounded tables for both domestic and public spaces. The interplay between the beautiful solid oak table top and the smooth half - or full moon shaped base, with a bevelled surface, serving as structure and ornament, creates a simple yet strong identity for the design. The result is an elegant table with clear references to traditional Danish carpentry, where the tribute of marriage between design and craftsmanship is in focus.
