About the position:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us in our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be part of an ambitious team of can-doers with international backgrounds and diverse skill sets, a small department that prizes competence, execution, and fun.

Product Management is an integral part of the Brand organization, with a central role in GUBI, implementing the product management toolbox to drive the sustainable commercial success of the GUBI product portfolio. Every day, we work closely with the Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, PR, Marketing, and Sales teams, so you can expect diverse and fruitful interactions across the entire value chain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving a variety of projects from inception to in-market performance analysis and feedback.

• Help build and manage a strong product roadmap which acts as a guiding star for all NPL activities.

• Continuously monitor and analyze performance of our products in the market to plan and execute lifecycle management activities and campaigns across markets and channels.

• Evaluate sales trajectory and market forecast to proactively provide recommendations for GtM initiatives through market analyses, product insights and understanding of channel and customer needs.

• Develop and implement GtM plans, to ensure commercial impact, build strong relations, and leverage the scale of partners to deliver on key business objectives.

• Support commercial planning and product positioning on eCommerce.

• Ensure alignment between departments to deliver high quality products and efficient commercial execution of product campaigns

Qualifications & Experiences:

• A Product Manager with an international mindset and 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably from a similar industry.

• An innate analyst who loves crunching numbers and successfully converts the resulting analyses into innovative commercial initiatives.

• A razor-sharp businessperson, comfortable with the spectrum of inter-related business metrics and able to spot logical fallacies or process inefficiencies.

• A natural networker with strong project-and stakeholder management skills, able to perform and deliver in different cultural contexts.

• A strong orator, fluent in English, with great presentation skills and ability to drive messages across a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

• A passionate design enthusiast.

• A team player with positive attitude and good humor, who takes ownership and delivers proactively on commitments.

• Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results.
