Product Manager / Associate Product Manager
At GUBI, the Production Management team collaborates with every department to strategically position, launch, and drive the success of our iconic design classics. The work is dynamic and deeply multi-faceted, encompassing commercial planning, pricing, analytics, project management, internal communications, and more.
Our products are at the heart of everything we do, and a deep understanding of their stories, designs, and materiality is essential for positioning them effectively in the market. Working with such inspiring products is one of the best parts of our function in PM, and we are looking for someone eager to immerse themselves in the details of both our collection and the competitive landscape.
Product management varies across organizations - at GUBI, our approach is distinctly commercial. A solid grasp of the business dynamics of consumer products is a must, along with strong conceptual and practical analytical skills. We prioritize individuals who can conceive and execute initiatives that directly drive sales and business growth.
With such a central role comes a fast-paced environment and high expectations for performance. The ideal candidate understands the satisfaction of execution and output and will themselves find value-adding projects and initiatives to pursue in any spare moments.
We welcome applicants at both the Product Manager and Associate Product Manager level. If you are relatively early in your career and have not yet held a Product Manager role, and are, you may be considered for the Associate level. Our primary focus is on skill set and mindset fit – this is a small, ambitious team that values competence, execution, and measurable outcomes above all.
