GUBI is seeking a commercially driven, highly organized, and design-minded Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations and activation of its newly opened GUBI Paris House showroom during our Summer and Fall 2026 high season. Reporting to the Head of South Europe & Benelux, this cross-functional and highly visible role combines showroom management, client relationship development, brand representation, event execution, and commercial coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening GUBI’s presence in the French market, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building meaningful connections within the architecture and design community.
Manage the daily operations and presentation standards of the Paris showroom, ensuring an exceptional client experience at all times.
Lead showroom event planning and activation initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement within the design community.
Maintain showroom displays in line with brand guidelines, collaborating closely with the Design team in Milan and the Marketing team in Copenhagen.
Monitor showroom performance, traffic, and commercial results, providing regular feedback and insights to management.
Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners, architects, interior designers, and key industry stakeholders.
Generate and follow up on incoming leads, sample requests, and product information requests to support commercial development and sales conversations.
Maintain close day-to-day communication with local partners and internal teams to support commercial growth and operational excellence.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Service and HQ teams to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Act as brand ambassador for GUBI, representing the company with professionalism and strong product knowledge.
Experience within design furniture, interior design, luxury interiors, or premium retail environments.
Experience managing a showroom, retail space, or customer-facing commercial environment.
Experience organizing events, showroom activations, or brand experiences.
Creative mindset with the ability to help drive local showroom activity and activation.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and commercial partnerships.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Additional European language skills are considered an advantage
