About the position

GUBI is looking for a motivated and service-minded Intern to join our Customer Service team at our headquarters in Copenhagen. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service operations, order handling, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced design company. You will work closely with the Customer Service team and report to the Head of Customer Service, supporting daily operations and contributing to a high level of service for GUBI’s global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing and following up on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and supply chain to support smooth order fulfillment.

  • Handle basic customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and service-oriented manner.

  • Organize and maintain material samples in the showroom, including planning, classifying, labeling, and ordering fabrics and materials.

  • Update and maintain customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems.

  • Support the preparation of documentation related to orders, deliveries, and customer communication.

  • Assist with resolving order-related issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient customer service operations.

qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or interested in a degree or education within Business Administration, Service Management, Logistics, Hospitality, or a related customer-focused field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Interest in customer service, operations, and administrative processes.

  • Ability to work with structured data and maintain attention to detail.

language skills

  • English: Professional proficiency (written and verbal) required.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
