We have a strong global brand position with a head office and showroom in Copenhagen, Denmark – and we are now looking for an experienced, full-time Customer Service Coordinator.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for our business partners and sales consultants. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are supported and kept carefully informed when it comes to general order management, but also around product launches and campaigns. The primary focus is to provide excellent customer service, and effective solutions to our customers´ needs.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Developing the customer experience working as a team with our sales agents in France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal, with focus on excellent service.
  • Day-to-day order management and communication:
    • Registering quotes and orders.
    • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on time deliveries.
    • Working in close cooperation with our warehouse, supply chain and logistic partners.
    • Handling of internal and external communication and coordination across product knowledge, lead time and order inquiries.
    • Maintaining partner accounts and information.
    • Keeping your dedicated market customers and sales responsible updated on relevant information.
    • Managing day-to-day trouble shooting.
    • Supporting the rest of the Customer Service team with order entry, general inquiries, and service to other markets as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

We expect an educational level that matches the position. You have wide experience within customer service, order management, and logistics from a similar position.

You are used to being measured on customer satisfaction and delivery standards and preferably you have experience from the furniture and/or lighting industry. You are able to handle several projects at once and work cross-functionally while challenging the status quo. At the same time, you take an operational and energetic approach to your work, tasks and challenges, and you handle a hectic work environment at ease.

You are an open-minded and dynamic person who knows the importance of cooperation and teamwork. You are a thorough and detail-oriented, ambitious, hard-working and trustworthy person with good interpersonal skills and a strong drive. The social environment is of great importance to you, and you contribute daily to a good and positive interaction and constructive dialogue. You have the ability to respond with flexibility and a positive mindset to changes in assignments and workloads.

 

LANGUAGES

Excellent communication skills in English and French. A third language such as German or Danish is highly valued.

 

IT

Confident with ERP systems, and Microsoft Office package.
