PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN

GUBI is a modern design company that offers a wide variety of luxury furniture, lighting, and interior objects for both residential and commercial settings. Our headquarters and showroom are in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we have a strong global brand presence. We are currently looking for an intern to join our Product Management team.

The internship position is unpaid and will commence in mid-July 2024. During your internship, you will receive on-the-job training, work alongside great colleagues who are helpful and understanding, and receive support with practical matters and prioritizing tasks. You will have the opportunity to work with a brand renowned for its elegant and innovative collection of furniture, lighting, and interior objects.

Primary Tasks:

- Our team is responsible for defining and implementing a product management toolbox and key processes that ensure the sustainable commercial success of the GUBI product portfolio. We collaborate closely with various teams including Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, PR, Marketing, and Sales to ensure fruitful interactions across the entire value chain.

- Join us to develop your skills in Product Management as you help ensure the commercial success of our product portfolio.

- You will work out of our Nordhavn office where you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects. You will gain an understanding of products, customers, markets, product roadmaps, and product lifecycle strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor progress of products in development to ensure adherence to roadmap

- Gather customer and market insights

- Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape

- Support with internal and external product training

- Collect commercial product performance data and information on products and campaigns

- Analyse data and make commercial performance reports

- Support the pruning process of our product portfolio.

- Compile findings into intuitive and insightful reports and presentations

- Act as key liaison for sales and marketing sample coordination

- Other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Design, Business, or any related field.

- Interest in building a career in Product Management.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with business-level English proficiency.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Passionate about building relationships with various stakeholders.
